Learn to Care

mother and child Learn to Care represents people engaged in the management and implementation of workforce development in the personal social services. Our aims are:

To promote workforce development, in particular, of those who deliver services or support the social care industry, and, where appropriate, to make links with other professional bodies in order to further their professional development;
To promote the professional interests of members;
To represent the views of the association to appropriate statutory and non statutory bodies;
To disseminate information regarding workforce development to all members and interested parties;
To strengthen links with all regional and national organisations involved in learning and workforce development in the social care workforce
