Organisation
The Association is governed by its Annual General Meeting which takes place during the Annual Conference. Individual members and members of regional and agency groups affiliated to the Association are entitled to attend the meeting and to vote on resolutions.
The running of the Association is overseen by the Learn to Care Committee, which is elected annually at the AGM and meets 5 times per year

A Memorandum of Understanding between Learn to Care and Skills for Care has been signed and outlines their joint working agreement reflecting the key priorities of the Sector Skills Agreement. This is shortly to be reviewed in the light of changes within the Sector Skills Council.
